Coworking spaces have become increasingly popular in recent years — and the trend shows no signs of slowing down.
According to the 2024 Global Partner Survey Report, demand for coworking desks is expected to increase by 64 percent.
Long Island, in its own way, has been leading the charge. From the first quarter to the second quarter of this year, the region grew from 820,656 square feet of coworking space to 910,875 — an 11 percent jump, and the largest increase in any U.S. market, according to CoworkingCafe.com.
