It may be the dead of winter, but Long Islanders have a couple of reasons to start dreaming of spring.
Fortunoff Backyard Store is just weeks away from opening two new showrooms on Long Island. By early March, shoppers will be able to hunt for deals on outdoor furniture at the Huntington store, located at 269 Old Walt Whitman Road, and at the Stony Brook location, 2162 C Nesconset Highway.
Fortunoff notes that the stores will carry a wide selection of outdoor furniture, from patio seating to dining sets, made with durable materials like wicker, aluminum, teak and polymer. In-store staff will be available to help shoppers plan and arrange pieces for decks, balconies, pool areas and other outdoor spaces.
