Hampton Inn opens in Farmingdale ahead of Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black

|

A brand-new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton has officially opened its doors on Route 110, bringing 101 guest rooms and a full slate of amenities to Farmingdale — and just in time for this year’s Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black.

The four-story hotel, located at 1030 Broadhollow Road, minutes from the world-renowned Bethpage Black Golf Course, which will host the Ryder Cup for the first time Sept. 23-28. It’s also near Republic Airport and Farmingdale State College.

The project has been in development for several years. Construction began in 2021 on land that once housed the Skydrive Golf Center driving range and mini golf. The $20 million development was spearheaded by Oxford Hospitality in partnership with Concord Hospitality, which will manage the property.

“We’re proud to open the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton right here in Farmingdale — a vibrant, growing community at the heart of Long Island,” said Jason Spiegel, the hotel’s general manager. “From local businesses to visitors exploring the region, our location offers convenience, comfort, and the exceptional service guests expect from Hilton. We’re excited to be part of the Farmingdale neighborhood and look forward to welcoming travelers and locals alike.”
