Original story: Actress Lena Dunham will be the headliner at a political rally for Hillary Clinton this Saturday at Shorefront Park in Patchogue, Suffolk County Democratic Committee leaders have announced.
The event follows Donald Trump’s arrival to the village yesterday, Thursday, in the run-up to New York State’s political primaries on Tuesday.
The rally is scheduled for 2 p.m.

Dunham is a writer and star of the hit show ‘Girls’ on HBO. Clinton was not listed as attending.
Patchogue Mayor Paul Pontieri said a section of Smith Street in front of the park might be closed during the event.
“We’re not expecting a huge huge turnout,” he said. “Because of the late notice.”
