Islip’s popular Holiday House Tour is all set for Sunday, Dec. 4

|

The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet will be hosting its 23rd annual Holiday House Tour on Sunday, Dec. 4 (rain, shine, snow), from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Several historically and/or architecturally interesting homes will be decorated for the holidays as tour guides in Victorian dress greet you at each home.

This is a message from The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet.

The reception, which is held at one of Islip’s historic churches, includes live entertainment, refreshments, a Chinese auction and a 50/50 raffle. We will, again, be collecting toys for the USMC ‘Toys-for- Tots’ campaign. Please donate a new, unwrapped toy.

All tickets go on sale, starting Nov. 8.  at Nook & Cranny, 469 Main St., Islip, 631-277-7600 (cash or check only); or go to our website to order through Eventbrite, where a limited amount of tickets will be sold. Ticket donations are $20/adult (16 or older) and are non- refundable. There will be a small processing fee to purchase through Eventbrite.

Some tickets will be for sale on the day of the tour; price will be $25/adult and will be sold at Nook & Cranny from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
