The Fourth of July weekend has arrived — and it’s time to kick Summer 2025 into high gear!

THURSDAY, JULY 3

EAST MEADOW (EISENHOWER PARK)

TD Bank’s “Celebrate America Fireworks & Show” happens at Eisenhower Park at Lakeside Theatre on Thursday, July 3. festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m. The event will feature live music by Face to Face LI, Chicken Head and Glenn Strange Band. The event will be capped off with a fireworks and drone display. Bring blankets or chairs.

PORT JEFFERSON

The Village of Port Jefferson will hold its fireworks display on Thursday, July 3, for residents only at 9 p.m. The show happens at dusk (about 9 p.m.) and is optimally viewed at the East and West Beaches. Residents must show an ID.

The annual Port Jefferson Fire Department Parade is Friday, July 4, at 10 a.m. The parade runs along Main Street and takes a left at Port Jefferson Harbor towards Village Hall.

FRIDAY, JULY 4

AMITYVILLE

The village’s annual July 4th parade will begin at 10 a.m. Friday from the corner of Bayside Ave and Ocean Avenue. The parade will proceed north on Ocean Avenue, then west on South Ireland Place and north on Bennett Place. It will go over Merrick Road, then head north on Broadway, and lastly turn left on Oak Street before ending at the Main Firehouse. For information on the parade, visit the village’s website

BELLPORT

The 67th Artists on the Lane presented by the South Bay Art Association takes place Friday, July 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

FARMINGVILLE (BALD HILL)

Gates open at 5 p.m. July 4 for Brookhaven Town’s July 4th Star-Spangled Bash at Bald Hill. The Friday night concert, featuring performances from School of Rock Students, The Chiclettes and Meghan VK, begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Catholic Health Amphitheater. The free family event will sign off with a world class fireworks show by Grucci at 9:15 p.m.

FIRE ISLAND

Ocean Beach’s annual July Fourth Children’s Parade and Celebration is Friday, July 4, at 11 a.m. Kids and their wagon floats line up for the parade at 10:30 a.m., before they parade from the firehouse to the Village Green.

GLEN COVE

Glen Cove’s annual July 4 celebration takes place Friday, July 4, at Morgan Memorial Park. A 7:30 p.m. concert will be followed by a fireworks show that is set to begin around 9:15 p.m. Bring blankets and chairs.

JONES BEACH

The Jones Beach Fireworks Spectacular is Friday, July 4, with a 25-minutes fireworks show launching at 9:30 p.m. Costumed characters from “Beauty and the Beast” and “Spiderman” will walk the boardwalk from 4 to 7 p.m. Live music runs from 8 to 9:30 p.m., then resumes after the show from 10 to 11 p.m. The fireworks are included in the regular price of park admission, which is $10 per vehicle.

MONTAUK

The Stars Over Montauk fireworks show takes place on Friday, July 4, at 9 p.m. Viewers can enjoy the dazzling display from Umbrella Beach or along the oceanside beaches in downtown Montauk. Organizers suggest that you bring a chair or blanket.

PATCHOGUE

The annual Patchogue Lions Club Fourth of July Parade kicks off at 10:30 a.m. on Independence Day. Marchers head east on Main Street after beginning the parade at the corner of W. Main St. and West Ave.

SOUTHAMPTON

A 105-year tradition continues on Friday, July 4, with Southampton’s Fourth of July Parade. The parade begins at Railroad Plaza, continuing down North Main Street, Main Street and Jobs Lane, with the review stand at Monument Square at Agawam Park.

UNIONDALE

The fireworks shows are free with admission to the Empire State Fair at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale. The shows take place outside at dusk on July 4, 5 and 12.

SATURDAY, JULY 5

AMAGANSETT

The Devon Yacht Club fireworks take place on Saturday, July 5, at 9:15 p.m. Though a private event, the spectacular show can be viewed from Fresh Pond Beach in Amagansett.

WESTHAMPTON

The Westhampton Country Club will host its annual fireworks show on Friday, July 5, at 9 p.m. While the event is private, the Grucci fireworks can be seen from nearby streets, where locals gather each year to enjoy the powerful display.

TUESDAY, JULY 8

MASSAPEQUA

The Town of Oyster Bay’s “Salute to America” concert and Grucci fireworks show happens Tuesday, July 8, at 7:30 p.m. at John Burns Park, featuring live music by Decadia.

FRIDAY, JULY 11

LONG BEACH

The City of Long Beach Fireworks Display takes place Friday, July 11, at dark. The fireworks will be visible from anywhere along the boardwalk and beachfront.

SATURDAY, JULY 12

ROCKVILLE CENTRE

The Village of Rockville Centre will host its annual fireworks celebration at Barasch Field on Saturday, July 12, from 7-9:30 p.m. The South Shore Symphony will perform before, during and after the fireworks show.

SHELTER ISLAND

The Shelter Island Fireworks Spectacular is Saturday, July 12, at 9 p.m. The show takes place at Crescent Beach in Shelter Island Heights.
