Before heading to Fire Island, famed actress Katie HolmesĀ stopped in Bay Shore on Thursday, according to reports.
During her trip, theĀ Dawson’s CreekĀ star visited Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar.
Coastal’s owners said the laid-back, inviting vibe of the restaurant most likely attracted her.
“Coastalās just a cool place where everyone feels welcome,”Ā Coastal co-owner Anthony Tartaglia told GreaterBayShore on Friday. “I love looking around and seeing so many different people all having a great time together.
“We have something for everyone, even celebrities!”
The news that Holmes was in Bay Shore made its way to Page Six, which originally reported Holmes was headed to Fire Island later that day.
