Know before you go: Thanksgiving Harvest Festival at Heritage Farm in Muttontown

With the official start of winter still over a month away, there’s still plenty of apple cider donuts and fall festivities to enjoy at the Heritage Farm & Garden Thanksgiving Harvest Festival. The festival will be in full swing in Muttontown over the next two weekends leading up to Thanksgiving.

Heritage Farm & Garden hosts an annual fall festival from late September to early November. This year marks the inaugural Thanksgiving Harvest Festival, which will continue on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 16–17, and again on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 23–24, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Here’s what to know:

Ticket Information

  • Standard Tier: $10
    Includes access to:
    • A variety of farm animals, including donkeys, pigs, and goats
    • Lawn games and the kiddie corral on the spacious front field
    • Fall-themed photo opportunities
  • Bundle Tier: $25
    Includes all standard-tier amenities plus:
    • Three Thanksgiving-themed craft activities (e.g., sand art, pine cone turkeys, terracotta pot decorating)
    • $5 in “Heritage Bucks,” redeemable in the Heritage Farm & Garden store

Children aged 3 and under receive free admission. Standard-tier ticket holders can purchase crafts individually for $5 each.

Food and Beverages

Visitors can enjoy a selection of holiday treats and beverages from local businesses at the Heritage Café, which opened in March. Offerings include:

  • Baked goods from Blue Duck Bakery Café
  • Apple cider and cider donuts from Jericho Cider Mill
  • Coffee from Savor Coffee
  • Other seasonal provisions

Jennifer Sommer, marketing director for Heritage Farm & Garden, expressed excitement for the upcoming weekends. It’s going to be great for everyone to make family memories and create traditions at Heritage,” she said.

Location and Parking:
Heritage Farm & Garden is located at 6050 Northern Blvd, Muttontown, with free on-site parking available.
