Kristin Juszczyk’s Super Bowl vest sells for $75K, proceeds go to breast cancer research

What a month it’s been for Long Island’s Kristin Juszczyk.

The Massapequa native, who turned 30 this weekend, struck an official licensing deal with the NFL, surpassed over one million followers on Instagram, landed brand deals with Invisalign and Gatorade, and was interviewed on “The Today Show.”

Oh, and her husband, All-Pro fullback Kyle Juszczyk, is gearing up to play in Super Bowl LVIII for San Francisco.

Juszczyk, a 2012 Massapequa High School graduate who lives about half the year on Long Island, has experienced a meteoric rise in popularity since she designed and made a custom-fit Travis Kelce coat that the Kansas City tight end’s girlfriend, superstar Taylor Swift, wore in sub-zero temperatures during a Chiefs home playoff win on Jan. 13.

As the excitement builds for the Super Bowl showdown between Juszczyk’s 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs in Las Vegas, the talented fashion designer released her first NFL collaboration — a size large Super Bowl unisex puffer vest.

This vest was auctioned off just 48 hours before the big game, attracting well over 100 bids and selling for over $75,000. Minutes before the sale closed at 11:59 p.m. last night, the auction site crashed because of last-minute bids.

All proceeds from the sale will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. Juszczyk’s mother died from breast cancer in 2012, just months before Juszczyk graduated from high school.

Just after the sale was announced, Kristin took to Instagram saying, “This week in Vegas has been surreal! 🥹🥹 just need to end it with a W!”

Her husband, showing his support in the comments, replied, “Big W coming you star!”
