A 23-year-old CVS employee was stabbed and killed inside a Lindenhurst store on Christmas night, Suffolk County police said.
Police responding to a 911 call reporting a stabbing at the CVS located at 20 East Montauk Highway about 6:50 p.m. on Thursday found Edeedson Cine of West Babylon with a stab wound to the chest, cops said.
Cine was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect — described as a white man believed to be in his 40s — fled the store on foot before the officers arrived to the scene.
