Sagaponack is seventh on Zillow’s list of 550 “million-dollar” U.S. cities. Long Island has four communities — including Water Mill, Bridgehampton and Amagansett — among the top 50 on the list and nine in the top 100. A year ago, there were 491 cities on the same list.
Ten Long Island communities boast typical home values exceeding $2 million, Zillow reports.
All of the Long Island communities on the list are considered in Zillow’s report as part of Metropolitan New York, which Zillow says is the metro area with the most “million-dollar” cities: 106.
