A Brentwood man claimed a top prize this week on New York Lottery’s $10,000 A Week For Life scratch-off game, New York Lottery officials said.
With his big win, Mack Peoples was guaranteed a minimum payout of $10 million. Peoples opted to receive his prize as a single lump sum payment of just over $4.2 million, after required withholdings.
The winning scratch-off ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven located at 1375 Brentwood Road in Bay Shore.
New York Lottery said there are two top prizes remaining on the $10,000 A Week For Life game. Players can check the status of any New York Lottery Scratch-off game by downloading the Game Report at nylottery.ny.gov.
