The odds were long, but lightning struck twice in Seaford.
The New York Lottery announced Wednesday that two second-prize-winning Mega Millions tickets — worth a combined $6 million — were sold for the Tuesday, April 15, drawing at the same Nassau County retailer.
Both tickets were purchased at Manya Card and Gifts Inc., located at 1250C Hicksville Road in Seaford.
One of the lucky tickets is worth $2 million, while the other is valued at $4 million.
The winning numbers for Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing were: 6, 10, 13, 24 and 63; the Mega Ball selected was 2.
Mega Millions drawings are held each Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. Tickets are drawn from a pool of numbers between one and 70, with the Mega Ball selected from a separate field of one to 24.
