Ashley DiBartolomeo was identified by Suffolk County police on Wednesday as the rider of a 2024 Yamaha motorcycle that collided with a pickup truck on Pulaski Road near Stony Hollow Road. The crash occurred shortly after 2:20 p.m., police said.

DiBartolomeo was taken to Huntington Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

“Ash my sweet beautiful daughter. My heart will never be the same without you. A huge part of me is gone and nothing will ever take your place,” her father, Bryan DiBartolomeo, wrote in a tribute. “Seeing all the things you accomplished on your own made my eyes light up every time I looked at you. I love you so much. And the love you gave me can never be forgotten.

“Please know every moment has been cherished. I will never forget you Ash. Daddy loves you,” the grieving father added in his heartfelt message.

DiBartolomeo’s fiancé, Jonathan Rigel, shared: “Being with you was the greatest gift I could’ve asked for. I’ll miss you forever Ashley. I love you. Thank you for being the love of my life. Till we meet again beautiful.”
