Tasty Tuesdays have quickly become a big hit in Babylon Village.
And now more restaurants and retailers are participating.
Since launching on July 17, patrons have headed downtown to enjoy 25 percent off their checks at restaurants on Tuesdays. Some retailers are also offering 25 percent off one item, or even the entire purchase.

“This promotion, which is an incredible deal, gives people the opportunity to try a restaurant they haven’t tried yet and to get some great shopping done,” said Kelly Peckholdt of the Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce, which organized Tasty Tuesdays. “Some people are talking about starting to get their Christmas shopping done on Tuesdays!
