Local officials, partners and community leaders gathered for a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially unveil The Royal Blue, a 54-unit luxury apartment building in Mineola.

Move-ins are scheduled to begin May 1, with one-bedroom apartments starting at $4,535 per month.

The Royal Blue was developed and built by Blue Communities, led by Doron Pergament. He described the project as a testament to quality, community, and thoughtful design.
