A Syosset-based limited liability company, LBMM LLC, has claimed a $1,000 A Week For Life second prize from the June 8 CASH4LIFE drawing, New York Lottery announced.
The company matched the first five numbers — 6, 33, 41, 52 and 6 — missing only the Cash Ball, which was 4.
The prize guarantees a minimum payout of $1 million. LBMM opted for the lump sum cash value, receiving $651,000 after withholdings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Lovely Cards and Gifts on South Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville.
