Nassau County woman claims $1M Powerball second prize

An Albertson woman has claimed her $1 million Powerball second prize, New York Lottery announced today.

Barbara Filion lucky ticket matched the first five numbers drawn back on Oct. 22, 2022. Those winning numbers were 19 25 48 55 60; the Powerball number was 18.

Filion received a single lump sum payment of $651,000 after required tax and other withholdings.

She purchased her winning ticket at 848 Willis Avenue Services in Albertson.
