NBA champion and North Babylon native Danny Green is back in his hometown for his 10th annual youth basketball camp.
Ever since graduating from UNC, Green has run the “Team Green Skills Camp” at North Babylon High School.
“Work hard,” Green tells GreaterBabylon TV. “I feel like I am a great example of working at something I wanted.”
The San Antonio Spur also enlists other great basketball minds, like current St. Joseph’s College head coach Kevin Spann, who has joined Green this year.
“[Green] and I grew up playing summer ball together, so this camp is a big part of our lives,” said Spann.
The camp this year began on July 9 and ends on July 13.
