Nicky’s on the Bay just wrapped up its peak summer season in Bay Shore, but that beacon of good times at the end of Bay Shore Marina is staying open through Oct. 28 — for six days a week.
Nicky’s will be open to the public for lunch and dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays, and for dinner on Sundays. Nicky’s is now closed on Mondays.
But through Dec. 31, Nicky’s on the Bay and its trademark window-ringed waterfront dining room will still be available for private parties.
“We’re looking to do holidays parties. We’ve already done some great retirement parties,” Parini told GreaterBayShore. “Baby showers and bridal showers with Saturday and Sunday brunches work really well. There are water views from everywhere.”
Nicky’s also offers a Sunday football bar menu. And there are Happy Hour specials every day.
The minimum for parties is about 40 people. The maximum is about 160.
