Nordstrom Rack has set an official opening date for its newest Long Island store — at The Shops at SunVet in Holbrook.
The 27,000-square-foot store will host a grand opening celebration on Oct. 2 at 9 a.m., with light bites, beauty activations and gift card giveaways, among other promotions.
The new Rack joins a growing roster of tenants at the redeveloped SunVet Mall site, which is being transformed into a 168,000-square-foot open-air shopping center.
Current and upcoming additions include Whole Foods Market, Shake Shack, Sephora, Warby Parker, J. Crew, Crumbl Cookies, Tony’s Tacos, Wonder, Fine Wine & Spirits, and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, among others.
“The Shops at SunVet will bring back to life this once-vibrant shopping hub and make it once again an amenity that serves the needs of Holbrook and the surrounding community,” said Rebecca Wing of Regency Centers, the property’s manager.
