In this first installment of Nosh on This, Greater Bay Shore TV visits the Kilwins shops in Babylon and Patchogue, N.Y.
We meet owner John Murray who takes us through the process of making the finest fudge and chocolate anyone could ever touch to their lips.
And we get a taste of their ice cream!
Murray opened Long Island’s first KIlwins, which is a national franchise, in Babylon Village in April 2012 and followed that up with a December 2015 opening in Patchogue Village.
“The experience in general makes people warm and bubbly,” he says of the shops.
