The winter seasonal pop-up follows the successful launch of the Lobster Shack pop-up at VIEW from this past summer. Soups are available for takeout and delivery in 16- or 32-ounce containers.

“Add on herb butter dinner rolls or an asiago grilled cheese for added comfort,” the announcement reads.

“Soups have always been special to me,” said chef de cuisine Keith McConnell. “Ever since I was a kid I loved making soups with my mom from leftovers from dinner the night before.

“Whether it be a chicken carcass we would break down to add body to a chicken noodle soup or a ham hock that would add depth and flavor to a spit pea. I really enjoy making rich soups.”

“Remember that you can have your soup and also View favorites delivered to your doorstep with just a couple of clicks,” added VIEW genermal manager Joe Scalice.
