TOLA. owner Alison Buck can’t say exactly what made her little boutique on Main Street in Bellport Village such a success. She’s no fashion expert, she readily admits.
She’s not ever sure how to describe the place to wholesalers.
“At its core it’s a beach shop with a little bit of everything for everyone; you can spend an hour in here,” she says.
“It’s a small town boutique with a big town vibe, I like to say.”
But she found such success after opening in Bellport that she opened a second location across the bay in Fire Island Pines in 2016.
Earlier this year TOLA. Westhampton Beach opened at 128 Main Street.
