Panera Bread has a sparkling new location in Deer Park.
Doherty Enterprises, Inc., the Panera Bread franchisee, moved the bakery-cafe from 1258 Deer Park Avenue to 403-1 Commack Road in Deer Park. The new location opened on Monday and held a grand opening celebration on Wednesday.
Part of the move was to bring patrons convenience by adding a drive-thru.
“We love the people in this community, and our team is excited to provide residents a new space and more ways to enjoy our fresh-baked wholesome selections,” said Tim Doherty, president, and chief operating officer of Doherty Enterprises Inc.
In addition to the drive-thru, the new Panera location will also offer a pick-up service called Rapid Pick-Up and delivery via the Panera app and website.
“It’s just a few of the many ways we continue to make dining at Panera more convenient for our guests,” said Doherty. “We hope everyone in the area stops by to see what we have to offer.”
For the uninitiated, Panera Bread, founded in Missouri in 1987, offers a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and bakery items.
