|

The Tony Award-winning musical Pippin is the next production in line for the  YMCA Boulton Center for the Performing Arts.

The show, which is a part of Y Boulton Center’s “Broadway at the Boulton” series, will open on Friday, July 12 at 8 p.m., and will run on that Saturday and Sunday as well.

Pippin follows the story of a prince during the Middle Ages named Pippin who is in search of the secret to true happiness and fulfillment. He seeks it in the glories of war, the temptations of sex and the intrigues of power, says the show’s producers.

“We are thrilled to present this one of a kind, unique show to the Long Island public”, said Christopher Rosselli, educational theatre director at the Y Boulton Center. “We are sure that the Long Island community will be astonished by the raw talent and endless hard work that has been dedicated to this production.”

Tickets are $25, by visiting www.boultoncenter.org or by calling 631-969-1101 or 1-866-811-4111. Group rates available using code GROUP10 or GROUP20.
