The Babylon Beautification Society is doing its part to keep the holidays spirit alive and well in Babylon Village.
From Nov. 26 to Dec. 15, the Beautification Society is running an outdoor holiday home decorating competition that’s open to everyone in the village.
“We thought it was something that would be fun,” said the group’s president, Frank Petruzzo.
So gather your fanciest lights because the free-to-enter contest includes first place prizes for three different categories:
- Best holiday spirit
- Best lawn display
- Best animations
Judging occurs on Dec. 17 and Dec. 18, with the winners being announced on the 20th.
