Raising Cane’s founder and CEO Todd Graves told Greater Long Island this past summer the company is looking to open hundreds of new locations in New York, especially in the Tri-State area.

He appears to be making good on those promises.

Raising Cane’s representatives have confirmed the accuracy of a Newsday report that a Carle Place location is being planned for next year.

That adds a fourth location to our previously reported list of three planned Long island spots.

But, the representative stressed, the Carle Place plans are still very preliminary.

Here are the three other Raising Cane’s Long Island locations planned for 2025:

  • Hauppauge at Route 111 and Smithtown Bypass
  • Commack at Commack Road and Vanderbilt Pkwy
  • East Meadow at Hempstead Turnpike and Newbridge Road

Founded by Graves in 1996 at Louisiana State University, Raising Cane’s — known for chicken finger meals, Texas toast and secret Cane’s sauce — has ballooned to well over 700 spots across the U.S. as well as Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, according to its website.

The company’s opened what it calls its flagship store in Times Square in June.
