Restoration Kitchen is serving up ‘adult Capri Suns’

|

Long Island’s only non-profit restaurant Restoration Kitchen & Cocktails found a creative way to serve up to-go cocktails amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Lindenhurst restaurant’s co-owner Billy Miller calls them “adult Capri Suns” — they are pouches filled with alcoholic beverages.

Patrons can order margaritas, Moscow mules and other specialty cocktails this way. The eatery is also selling Old-Fashioneds in mini-jars. Scroll down for photos.

For those who want to get more creative and play bartender at home, Restoration is also offering Old-Fashioned and margarita kits for $48 each.
