It’s game over for this retro video game store in Patchogue.
Game On recently closed its location in the village at 12 South Ocean Avenue, as confirmed by the company via an Instagram message on Wednesday.
The locally-owned store, which opened in Patchogue in 2021, was fully stocked with retro arcade games, game controllers, televisions, and more.

The storefront, spanning 1,200 square feet, is currently available for lease through Old Salt Realty.
But don’t worry, retro gamers, Game On still operates two other locations, one in Miller Place and one in Smithtown. They also have arcades at Smith Haven Mall and Riverhead’s Tanger Outlets.
