Back in June, Right Coast Taqueria owners Richard Zoob and David Preisler unveiled plans for their first Nassau County location.
The pair has not slowed down since.
On Aug. 2, the Right Coast Taqueria team announced they are expanding with two new locations — 330 E. Jericho Turnpike in Mineola and 4088 Nesconset Highway in Setauket.
Both are slated to open in the spring of 2023.
Once they open, the business partners will have a total of five Right Coast Taqueria spots.
Right Coast Taqueria first opened at 516 Commack Road in Deer Park, and last year the ownership team launched a mobile kitchen — a 30-foot trailer parked at 960 Main St. in Holbrook.
This virtual location allows customers to order through the Right Coast Taqueria app, Uber Eats, GrubHub and DoorDash for delivery or pick-up.
They operate another food truck at 101 Hawkins Ave. in Ronkonkoma.
