A Rocky Point man won $1 million with a scratch-off lottery card he purchased at a cards and gifts store in Manorville, according to New York Lottery.
Todd Greenstein claimed his prize this week in exchange for the lucky New York Lottery VIP Millions scratch-off game card he purchased at Prabhu Cards & Gifts & Smoke. The shop is located in the King Kullen shopping plaze on Route 111.
