Sayville’s Camryn Quinlan rocks Justin Timberlake’s ‘The Other Side’ in new Warner Records’ Acapop! KIDS video

|

Staying at home hardly means staying off the airwaves for Sayville teenage recording artist Camryn Quinlan.

The seventh grader this week appeared in her fourth Acapop! Kids music video, a cover of Justin Timberlake’s “The Other Side.” The four videos have racked up more than 2.6 million views on YouTube.

The latest one was a lot different from the rest: Camryn and her bandmates all recently recorded themselves at their homes across the country. The one-minute video is part of the Acapop! Mini series.

Acapop!’s “The Other Side” cover comes on the heals of Camryn’s cover performance of Kacey Musgraves’ “Rainbow” for GreaterSayville.com’s “Sayville in the Time of Coronavirus” video released before Easter.

Acapop KIDS, comprised of 25 young vocalists picked from thousands of applicants from across the United States, dropped its first video in October. Last month, Warner Records released the group’s first album, ACAPOP 1.

The album has 10 tracks, including a cover of Ariana Grande’s “Breathin,” which has collected nearly 1.25 million views on YouTube.
