The beach-themed Shrimpy’s Burrito Bar of Massapequa Park and South Huntington is expanding to East Islip.
A sign is up and the Shrimpy’s website indicates the new location in the Heckscher Shopping Center on East Main Street will be “coming soon.”
No projected opening date has been make public.
This is the same shopping center as the popular Pat’s Marketplace.
