Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel opening East Quogue pop-up café

Bethenny Frankel has spent the past few years turning grocery store reviews and homemade recipes into social media gold.

Now, the reality television star and entrepreneur is giving fans a chance to try those creations in person.

Frankel is opening Supermodel Café, a pop-up in East Quogue scheduled to debut Aug. 13, featuring many of the recipes and food combinations that have helped make her one of social media’s biggest food personalities.

Newsday is reporting the address to be 674 Montauk Highway.

According to People, the café will serve lattes, lighter bagels, protein-packed spreads and dips, caviar, low-calorie cheesecakes and other lighter comfort foods. The pop-up will also feature branded merchandise inspired by Frankel’s TikTok content.

Frankel told People the idea came together in just three weeks after realizing followers wanted more than recipes on a screen.

“This is an extension of everything I’ve been doing online,” she said. “People have been asking where they can get these things, and now they can.”

Frankel first rose to national prominence on The Real Housewives of New York City before launching the wildly successful Skinnygirl lifestyle brand. In recent years, she’s built a massive online following with candid grocery store reviews, recipe videos and healthy twists on comfort food that regularly go viral.

For now, Supermodel Café is being billed as a temporary pop-up. Frankel told People she’ll let customers decide what comes next, leaving open the possibility that the concept could expand beyond the Hamptons.

Greater Long Island reached out to Frankel’s team for additional details but has not yet received a response.
