A day before its long-anticipated debut, the future home of Whole Foods Market in Holbrook was buzzing with activity as crews put the finishing touches on the grocery giant’s newest Long Island location.
Greater Long Island got a sneak peek inside the nearly completed store, where workers wiped down front windows, unpacked boxes and stocked aisles ahead of Thursday’s 8 a.m. grand opening. Scroll down for a photo tour.
The Holbrook location, Long Island’s eighth Whole Foods, will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and stock more than 900 local items sourced from over 215 Northeast suppliers.
