A new coffee shop has risen in Port Jefferson.
Southdown Coffee – which operates locations in Huntington, Oyster Bay, Glen Cove and Northport – has opened their fifth café in The Brookport Port Jefferson luxury apartments at 440 Main Street.
Southdown Coffee in Port Jefferson contains a larger kitchen compared to its sister stores, which allows for an expanded baking program led by pastry chef Kelsie Reynolds.
Prior to its grand opening, owner Mark Boccard told Greater Port Jeff that the enhanced equipment at this new location takes the Southdown team’s coffee prep to a whole new level, as well as highlights the brand’s single-origin coffee and roasters.
Southdown Coffee Port Jefferson is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
