Kismet Coffee Company in Bay Shore is brewing up something special on Friday, March 21— free coffee and puppy love!
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of nonprofit Canine Companions, Kismet Coffee is giving out free hot, iced, or cold brew coffee all day long. Even better? You’ll get to meet some future service dogs in training while you’re there.
There will also be giveaways, raffles, and a limited-edition Kismet Coffee x Canine Companions coffee bag available for purchase.
For Kismet Coffee’s founder, Jackson Davis, this event is personal. His older brother, Nicholas, was one of the youngest people ever matched with a Canine Companion. The organization has an 11-acre training center in Medford, where dogs are trained to assist people with disabilities in over 30 different ways.
