Long Island Farm Brewery is bringing a taste of Oktoberfest to Manorville with nearly two weeks of seasonal beer, live music, German-inspired food and plenty of stein-hoisting.
The brewery’s Oktoberfest celebration runs from Sept. 22 through Oct. 4 at 663 Wading River Road, with special releases including Oktoberfest, Hefeweizen and Wet Hop Kölsch, along with limited-edition Long Island Farm Brewery steins.
Stein-holding competitions will take place Fridays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 1 and 6 p.m., while Oktoberfest bands will perform throughout the weekends. Food trucks will also serve German-inspired specials during the celebration.
Oktoberfest-themed trivia nights are scheduled for Sept. 23 and Sept. 30, giving visitors another reason to raise a stein and say “Prost!”
