If there’s one person on Long Island who won’t be bothered by today’s blizzard, it’s Rory Fabian of St. James.
That’s because Fabian is sitting $3.2 million richer than he was two days ago — all because he got super lucky playing New York Lottery’s $5,000,000 Riches scratch-off game.
“I am out-of-my-mind happy,” Fabian said, claiming his lump sum payout of $3.25 million after required withholding yesterday.
Fabian’s winning ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven at 2160 Deer Park Ave. in Deer Park.
Lottery officials said two unclaimed top prizes remain available on the $5,000,000 Riches ticket.
