A rain date is set for Aug. 21, if needed.
The first event will carry a Country theme, complete with line dancing and a sexy cowboy contest with prizes.
Street closures

- Main Street will be closed for the festivals from West to Maple avenues; Ocean Avenue will be closed from Oak to Church streets.
