Tap Room’s eight Long Island location, and fifth in Nassau County, has just opened its doors in Garden City.
And Greater Long Island got the photo tour.
Tap Room Garden City opened at 919 Franklin Ave. on Aug. 28. The places features two floors measuring nearly 10,000 square feet in total. The lower level also offers a two-room private event space, The Reserve and The Barrel Room, each with its own bar and lounge.
There’s outdoor seating out front, with a beer garden in the back, and plenty of parking. And since the former Calogero’s restaurant that previously occupied the space, was already outfitted with pizza overs, the Tap Room owners decided to launch a separate pizzeria section that will debut later this month.
