The North Fork Doughnut Company, known by many as NoFoDoCo, has connections in downtown Bay Shore.
The founders of the Mattituck doughnut shop, Jimmy Lyons and Kelly Briguccia, recently teamed up with Bay Shore’s Destination Unknown Beer Company (DUBCO) to create a Strawberry Frosted Donut Milkshake IPA.
“It’s two small businesses working together, but it’s something fun that we enjoyed doing,” Lyons told GreaterBayShore.
More recently, Lyons and Briguccia joined Greater Long Island’s latest episode of The 495 Podcast, where you’ll learn all about their doughy treats, NoFoDoCo’s latest collabs, as well as some hints to where they will be opening their second location on Long Island.
