East Islip’s Brookwood Hall will be closed to the public as of today.
The historic mansion, which houses the Islip Arts Council and the Islip Art Museum, will be shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Our School of Cultural Arts will be temporarily closed until further notice,” reads a statement from the Islip Arts Council. “You will be notified about how we plan to continue our classes, workshops, and events up to date.”
