The Farm Italy Restaurant & Bar, which debuted two years ago Huntington, has just announced that its Westbury location will be opening Sept. 20 at 725 Merrick Ave.
This will mark the third location of The Farm Italy, which was also recently named one of OpenTable’s Top 100 Restaurants in the United States.
The new spot comes through a collaboration with developer Beechwood Homes and is situated just steps from The Selby, Westbury’s luxury apartment community, according to the announcement.
The Farm Italy has built its reputation on transporting guests to the Italian countryside through scratch-made dishes, hospitality and design.
The Westbury location will feature the same seasonal menu as its flagship in Huntington — including Branzino in burro bianco, fresh Pappardelle Bolognese, the Double R Ranch NY Strip, and its signature Cacio e Pepe — as well as new offerings.
Guests can also expect updated cocktails, fine wines and mocktails.
Inside, the restaurant is designed to resemble an Italian countryside estate, with seating for 150. Highlights include two private dining rooms, an Italian bar beneath skylights, custom artwork and fixtures, and a fireplace.
Outdoor seating for 70 will be available on a covered terrace and open-air patio with a fire pit.
“This is more than just an opening, it’s an evolution of our vision,” founder John Tunney said. “We’re creating something truly special in Nassau County in partnership with Beechwood Homes. It’s a space that reflects our passion for hospitality, design and the artistry of Italian cuisine.”
The third Farm Italy location can be found at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.
