Wingstop is continuing its march across Long Island with a twelfth location, this time in Bay Shore.
Wingstop will be opening at 611 Montauk Highway.
The storefront previously played host to Tacos Guacamole — which moved to the nearby Kohl’s shopping center — in Saxon Commons.
This is the same stripmall as Bo Wah Kitchen and Kitty Mulligan’s Irish Pub.
Wingstop Bay Shore’s interior is already being built out. The kitchen hood is hung and the walls are sheet-rocked. They’re also looking for a general manager at an annual salary of $55,000 to $65,000.
The hours will be 11 a.m. to midnight, every day, according to stenciling on the door.
There are currently 33 Wingstop locations in New York.

The restaurant chain that specializes in Buffalo wings was founded in 1994 in Garland, Texas, and began offering franchises in 1997.
It operates over 2,350 international locations, according to a July 31 report.
The chain is now headquartered in Addison, Texas.
To the uninitiated, Wingstop offers classic and boneless wings, tenders, and chicken sandwiches. Diners then have a choice of 12 proprietary sauce flavors. The menu also features fresh-cut, seasoned fries, as well as ranch and bleu cheese dips.
Wingstop has also been making a huge advertising blitz during NFL games.
The closest Wingstop location to Bay Shore is at 1209 Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon. Greater Long Island has reached out to Wingstop for a potential opening date. Check back for updates.
