Three graduating members of the Bay Shore Girls Varsity Soccer team have signed to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.

Molly Dowd, a two-year starter and captain for the Bay Shore Lady Marauders, will play for the C.W. Post Lady Pioneers.

Molly earned an All-Conference spot her senior year.

Her tenacity and aggressive play earned her attention at the defensive center midfield position.  She had a significant impact on the team and pushed her teammates to be better on the field.

Nicole Chimienti, a five-year member and two-year captain of the Lady Marauders, will play at Stetson University (Florida).

Nicole earned All-Conference recognition for the 2015 and 2016 seasons.

Anchoring the team at center back, she was still able to earn several goals and assists during her time on the team, an unusual feat for a defender.

Fatou Barry, a four-year member and two-time captain of the Lady Marauders, will play for the University of Massachusetts.

Fatou earned All-League honors in 2015 and All-Conference honors in 2016.

Her enthusiasm and competitiveness on the field made her a great teammate, and her speed, tenacity and power made her a fierce opponent.

Congratulations, Lady Marauders!  Best of luck in college!
