Four Long Island spots to celebrate Half Way to St. Patrick’s Day

If you missed out on Maxwell’s, the Penny Pub is hosting a Half Way to St. Patrick’s Day party in Bay Shore on Monday, Sept. 16. So you can tip a glass to the Irish while enjoying Monday Night Football.

The Penny Pub is offering up live music by Johnny Irish, and a Guinness glass etching event (6 to 8 p.m.), during which you can get your name etched on a Guinness pint glass.

The pub is located at 79 West Main Street.
