On Thursday, reporter Jodi Goldberg sat with Restoration Kitchen & Cocktails owners, Billy and Nicole Miller, to discuss the restaurant’s concept.
“People come here and they feel great about something,” Billy told Goldberg.
The restaurant, which opened in August, donates its net-profits to Long Island-based nonprofits every four months.
