The Nets have returned to Long Island’s Nassau Coliseum, this time in the form of an NBA G League affiliate to the Brooklyn Nets (still technically on Long Island, we know.)
Among the squad for the Long Island Nets’ inaugural season at the Barclays Center — before moving to the newly renovated Coliseum this year — was J.J. Moore of Brentwood.
Moore has traveled the world playing professional ball in his quest to get to the NBA, and is currently the only Long Islander on the team.
